RapidDry™ Tile & Grout Cleaning

Step #1.  Pre Inspection & Testing: We’ll inspect your floor or countertops to determine expected cleaning results.

Step #2.  Vacuum Floor:  Your floor will be vacuumed to remove loose debris and dry soil.

Step #3.  Protect:  We will protect baseboards, cabinets, walls and any furniture in the work area.

Step #4.  Apply Grout Cleaner:  Grout will be treated with a top-quality “evaporative” cleaner made especially for grout.

Step #5.  Truck-Mounted Hot-Steam Rinse:  This step provides a super rinse.  The unlimited supply of hot water and powerful lift takes the soil away from your home, (A mop and bucket won’t do this!) back to the truck.

Step #6.  Truck-Mounted DRYSteem™ Hot-Steam Extraction:  Using the most powerful truck-mounted system, lifts away all the soil, debris, mildew and cleaning solutions up, leaving your tile and grout as clean as when new.

Step #6.  Speed Dry:  High velocity air movers are placed on the floors to speed dry all the nooks, crannies and corners.

Step #7.  Neutralize:  Your tile and grout is also pH balanced to eliminate soil attracting residues.

Step #8.  Post Spot Treatment:  If there are still spots remaining, an additional treatment will be made to remove them.  Unless it’s permanent, we’ll do everything we can to get it clean.

Step #9:  Post-Grooming:  Flooring is flat-mopped with specially napped attachments to update appearance and dry faster.

Step #10:  Post Inspection:  A post walkthrough is performed with you to make sure you are thrilled!

Cleaning Length: The time to clean your tile (ceramic or stone) depends on the number of areas, and the amount of contents that require moving before, and after your cleaning. That said, most cleans take about 2 -3 Hours.

Drying Length: Drying time can vary based on your tile (ceramic or stone) size, severity of soiling, and humidity in the air. On it’s own, a tile and grout cleaning can take approximately 0 to 1 hour to dry.
