Description
The Guaranteed Odor Control Service is the most comprehensive way to deal with urine saturation.
STEPS:
Step #1: Use urine identification probes, and uv lights to identify all the affected areas.
Step #2: Remove all unsalvageable, affected materials (i.e. carpet padding, and tack strips)
Step #3: Treat the subfloor with a urine removing wash.
Step #4: Clean the carpet from both top and bottom until the urine is gone.
Step #5: Seal the subfloor.
Step #6: Install new carpet padding and tack-strips as needed
Step #7: Reinstall the carpet
Step #8: Treat the entire carpeted area with our exclusive DuraSan™ Sanitizing Treatment.
Step #9: Apply a urine digestor treatment to prevent any residual concerns.
