Adam and Josh were both extremely helpful from start to finish! Our house flooded and we were distraught with so many questions about potential damages and safety, Adam was extremely friendly and got us on the calendar quickly, and both him and Josh, the specialist on site, kept us promptly updated and walked us through every step to ensure we had all of our questions answered and gave us total peace of mind. Will gladly recommend them without hesitation in the future!

We have been using Benchmark for turnover carpet cleans and repairs; Occupied courtesy carpet cleaning services; and probably most importantly; water extraction and emergency mitigation services. If we have any questions or concerns with our services, Rustin has been great at communicating and either discounting jobs that did not come out right or coming back for a reclean. They monitor their equipment daily when doing a dry out; and the residents have nothing but nice things to say about their technicians. I do not think we've had a single complaint about a technician's attitude or demeanor while on the job. I've never reached out to them to ask to send someone else in the future, so you know they have good customer service. They will provide photos upon request which has helped us tremendously! Will always recommend Benchmark to my work colleagues and friends.

Ryan came out to clean my carpets and area rug, which had just been spilled on, and did a fantastic job. He took the time to do a very thorough cleaning. I would definitely hire this company again.

I called benchmark at 8:15 AM with an emergency situation, my dog had a very messy accident in my office and the smell was so terrible. No one could work. By 9 AM there was an employee waiting for me at my office to take care of this situation for me. He explained everything to me as he began to clean the area and his performance was amazing.. I would definitely recommend benchmark restoration and cleaning for anyone that needs a job done right. I can’t thank them enough.

Benchmark has cleaned our upholstered furniture twice. This last time they also did our air ducts (probably for the first time in a mid century house, definitely for at least 30 years). They did a great job: communicated well, arrived on time, and worked efficiently and politely. They could show us the photos of the ducts, before after and during cleaning. I highly recommend them.
