If we have any questions or concerns with our services, Rustin has been great at communicating and either discounting jobs that did not come out right or coming back for a reclean. They monitor their equipment daily when doing a dry out; and the residents have nothing but nice things to say about their technicians. I do not think we've had a single complaint about a technician's attitude or demeanor while on the job. I've never reached out to them to ask to send someone else in the future, so you know they have good customer service. They will provide photos upon request which has helped us tremendously! By 9 AM there was an employee waiting for me at my office to take care of this situation for me. He explained everything to me as he began to clean the area and his performance was amazing..
