I called benchmark at 8:15 AM with an emergency situation, my dog had a very messy accident in my office and the smell was so terrible. No one could work. By 9 AM there was an employee waiting for me at my office to take care of this situation for me. He explained everything to me as he began to clean the area and his performance was amazing..
